Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data Omniper collects, how it is used, and what choices you have.
Account information: Email address and name through our authentication provider, Clerk.
Usage data: We keep a count of how many configuration analyses you have performed. This is used solely to respect the limits of your chosen plan.
Payment information: All payments are handled securely by PayPal. We do not see or store your card or financial details.
Config files: The files you upload are processed in memory and discarded immediately after the analysis is complete. They are never written to disk or retained.
Your data is used only to provide the Omniper service: authenticating your account, enforcing plan limits, processing payments, and analyzing the configuration files you submit. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
To operate the service, Omniper works with a small number of trusted partners:
Clerk handles user authentication and session management.
PayPal processes subscription billing and one‑time payments.
Anthropic processes the content of configuration files to generate analysis reports. Content sent to their API is covered by Anthropic's privacy policy.
Vercel hosts the Omniper application.
Account data is kept for as long as your account remains active. Configuration files are never stored. Your lifetime usage count is retained for the life of the account. You can request that your account and all associated data be deleted at any time.
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To do so, contact privacy@omniper.com.
Only essential session cookies are used for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies are employed.
This policy may be updated from time to time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you by email or with a notice on the site.
